Two weeks in and Linux rant

So I have been on the website grind for about two weeks now. And I love it! Might be my main hobby now, right next to videogames and working with graphics!

I have some plans I want to realize but lack experience so I will see about that... Anyways
I did some drastics steps to try to start moving away from Windows at least for 60% of my time spent at my laptop. I got a new ssd just for Linux. Tried many distros on a virtual machine and the choice is a three way split.
ZorinOS,CatchyOS or Nobara.

I have used Nobara in the past and it was fine, it had the jank with needing a whole script to be written before I can use hotkeys for obs, but overall it was a workable experience.
Zorin seems the most polished out of the three, but I'm afraid I wont really be able to setup the region lock bypass tools I need to use the internet at all because of that.
CatchyOS is on my radar only because of glaze and rumors, but it's arch based meaning it will be real easy to setup the stuff I need.

I will still need to dual boot either way because of Adobe and Sony Vegas. No matter how good the open source beasts become, I'm just used to the industry standard being used with a "borrowed" license.

Yes I use Sony Vegas in the big '26, so what?
